The before
The same catalogue, on a stock Tebex storefront
Every package and every price on this page is read from the same list as the build next door — one file, one catalogue, two renderings. Nothing here has been made worse to flatter the other one. This is what a webstore looks like when nobody has touched it.
What is actually different, and what is not
The default storefront is not broken. It is responsive, it loads quickly, and the checkout on it works properly. Nothing on this page is pretending otherwise, and no fault has been invented to make the comparison look better than it is.
What it does not have is anything a buyer could use to decide. Four support tiers sit in a row with no indication of which one most people take, the sale on the tailored suits is a struck out number with nothing saying it is a sale, and there is nowhere for the sentence explaining that none of it is pay to win. Fourteen packages, fourteen identical boxes. That is the whole of the argument, and it is the part a prospect can check for themselves in five seconds.
