Your character is afraid of dying, because a real person would be. If someone points a gun at you and you have no realistic way out, comply. Running because you personally are not scared is the single most common reason applications get revoked.
In plain terms: act like the situation is happening to you, not to a save file.
No out of character talk in the city. If something needs staff, open a report and step aside. Talking about the server, the rules or another player's behaviour while in a scene breaks it for everyone in earshot.
Information your character did not learn in the city does not exist. Stream chat, Discord voice, a friend's screen and a name tag are all outside the world. Acting on any of them is metagaming and it is treated as cheating, not as a mistake.
You cannot force an outcome on another player and you cannot do things a person could not do. No repairing a car with a screwdriver in ten seconds, no fighting three armed people because you feel like it, no narrating what someone else's character does.
A robbery needs a reason, a build up and an escape plan. Maximum four people. You cannot rob someone who has just spawned, who is at a hospital, or who is clearly in another scene. Take what makes sense, not everything they own.
This is the first of the two rules the application asks about.
If your character dies and is not revived, they lose the memory of the thirty minutes before it. No revenge, no returning to the scene, no naming who did it. You may keep the character, and you keep everything except that memory.
Police and medical are played by people doing a job with a written standard. You may be arrested, you may be treated, and you may disagree with either in character. Ambushing medics, hospital camping and cop baiting are removals, not warnings.
Torture, kidnap over an hour, and anything sexual need explicit agreement from every player involved, taken before the scene, in a text channel where it is recorded. Anyone can withdraw at any point with no explanation owed.
This is the second of the two rules the application asks about.
Open a ticket with the time, the names and your clip. Do not argue in the city, do not argue in general chat, and do not message a staff member privately. Reports get an answer and a written outcome, usually inside a day.
Racism, harassment, slurs, hate of any kind and real world threats end your access immediately and permanently, in the city and in the Discord. This one has no strike system attached to it.
Every outcome is written into your record with the reason and the reviewing staff member's name. You may appeal any of them once, in a ticket, and a different staff member reads it.
